It seems that no matter who you talk to, they are just not happy with their appearance.  Losing weight is the top thing on most women’s minds as well as mine.  I swear I tried almost every type of weight loss programs, pills and diet plans that there is.  Most all of these plans promise that you will lose weight fast but what they neglect to tell you is that the weight you lose will come back fast, once you stop the diet.

Some of the best advice I have found is on weight loss blogs.  These are places that we can all meet and discuss our results with dieting.  What I have found is that each persons personal experience with dieting programs is different so what works well for one may not work for another. So it is best to not jump on the band wagon of some of these fad diets just because your friend used it and lost a few pounds.

I went through several diets , believing all that they promised but in the end I wound up gaining a few extra pounds when it was all over.  I didn’t need to lose a great deal of weight but being 10 pounds lighter would be great since I had a wedding to go to in less then a month.  I was looking for ways to lose weight fast but I wanted to keep the weight off.

The first plan I tried was a cabbage soup diet.  This helps you to shed pounds fast but its all water weight which came right back on once I was done eating the soup.  I went with the meal replacement shakes but always found that I craved a real meal and I ended up breaking the diet after a few days into it.  I decided that I needed to find  a real lose weight fast plan and not one that was just a quick fix.

One of the best plans that I tried came from the site www.fatloss4idiots.com.  The plan that they offer is a real plan not just a quick gimmick.  They taught me how to do calorie shifting which helped me loose 10 pounds  fast I needed to get rid of and the good news is that the weight stayed off.  I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I kept the weight off with ease.

Finally a way to lose weight without having to starve myself.  I decided to toss out the shakes and the diet pills and stick with a program that helps me control my eating and lose the weight that I want to.
