If you are determined to loose 10 pounds, I’m very glad to share my own story how I managed to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I needed to loose weight as fast as possible to grid myself to meeting a handsome man on a company’s party that I liked. But that excess fat made me feel a bit ashamed and diffident.

Well there are many cases when you need to loose 10-15 pounds fast, say:

-          You’re going to have a wedding in a week or two and you wish to look better in your wedding dress and on the photos and just blow your guests mind!

-          You’re preparing for an important business meeting or evening where you’re going to wear clinging dress that will emphasize the excess fat on your tummy

-          Or you’re preparing for a first date and want to impress your partner and feel more confident with him or her

-          At last, you just may make weight loss as your resolution and you want to be more slim and beautiful

When I lost 10 pounds off, I already saw the difference in my figure!  In women the excess fat typically settles in love handles, and around belly and hips areas, and around tummy area in men that makes our body look ugly & unattractive.

On only 2 weeks of following a diet that helped me loose 10 pounds, I’ve noticed my love handles shrinked and the belly became more flat, same with my hips. I was really happy to see these fast changes in my body! Here’s the diet that helped me loose 10 pounds in two weeks.

In fact, 10 pounds isn’t that much, and I’m going to tell you how to get rig of them fast and safely, since I’ve tried different fat loss methods and not all of them are working fast, if work at all…

If you try to give some of these methods a go, I can guarantee that you won’t be able to lose weight fast, or you can even harm your health! I’ve tried some of these, and studied weight loss forums a lot, where overweight people shared their results. So, here are the worst ways to lose pounds:

This is the worst way to loose 10 pounds fast, and the worst way to lose weight in general. Some people, especially young girls, start by starving, thinking that without eating at all you will quickly drop these ugly fat deposits and become slender.

In reality, this is the most dangerous way to lose weight that can lead to eating disorders. Many bodily processes also slow down and many negative effects appear like dry skin, loss of hair.

Prolonged starving can lead to psychological disorders, such as lack of motivation, anxiety and panic attacks, and fears.

I too tried starving at first to lose 10 pounds, and thanks God I stopped with it. In 3 days I’ve got headaches, I felt cold and felt tingling sensations in hands and legs.

I only lost 1 pound but later gained back even more pounds. Never starve yourself if you want to lose weight fast!

There are hundreds if not thousands of different weight loss pills in drugstores and over the internet. If they are so effective for weight loss (and they ALL promise fast and permanent weight loss success), why there’s so plenty of them out there? The answer is simple – they are not that effective! I’ve talked to many men and women who used diet pills to lose 10 to 50 pounds to become slimmer with help of diet pills.

More than 90% of diet pills are actually dietary supplements, and as a rule you only reach miserable weight loss (1-2 pounds a week) in case it’s a really high-quality diet pill. The most of pills don’t work at all. As a rule, you’ll need at least 2 to 4 months and 200-300$ spent to see some effect from these diet pills. There’s only one big problem – these big brands are designed for long term weight loss, and you constantly have to buy new diet packages from them and pay monthly membership fees. You lose weight but spend too much!

-          You’ll have to limit the consumption of certain types of meals, get ready for that. Well, the slim body and healthy well being cost much more than refusing some meals in your ration.

-          The diet plan claims that you’ll be losing “9 pounds every 11 days”, but the real results may differ and I actually lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks, which is a bit longer. I think this is just to show that diet works fast, however take it from me – 10 pounds in 2 weeks is pretty realistic result and I’m sure you can achieve the same result!

Pros

-          The diet plan is very simple and easy for the ordinary people – no complicated theories. It is really easy to follow the diet, it’s all simple and you just have to apply.

-          As compared to majority of weight loss programs and products, the cost of FatLoss4Idiots is relatively cheap, and you have the right to ask for money back during 60 days if you’re unsatisfied with the result. So you risk nothing.
